Gyimii and NDC is inseparable. Who will go to passport office at midnight and apply for a passport. They are going to pay people to go and sleep and brag that their 24-hour nonsense is working at a huge cost.

Mr minister look at visa issuance too. Look into issuing visas in 1 day or in hours, and also electronic visas to cut down on the laziness of embassy staff in the foreign service.

Oh Kwame Peter, your question is the simplest to answer. You take the passports to the post offices. The post office moves mail in different forms, drive them over roads, fly them or use both. Couriers can also be used.
