It's good to regulate okada to free them from police extortion. Let them know what the law expects from them so they'll know if they're been unfairly treated by police. They should also have a special desk to enable them report problems they face for government intervention to boost their confidence. Drivers who do not recognise the rights of motor riders on our roads should also be severely sactioned. I saw a taxi driver blowing horn at a rider to move to the road side. Government must also develop education materials for tv and radio broadcast on these issues and more.
