No. Banks struge all the time. When your liabilities exceed assets, big does provide support to put you on your feet. You are also allowed to get other investors to bring in capital.

What Amoaben said is, he got an investor to bring in capital but this I subject to bog approval. That investor already deposited money with big to show they are serious. But bog rejected the investor but never told ut bank that the investor ut brought us not acceptable. It never gave it bank hance to get different source of capital.
The bank was closed and taken over even before the bank was notified of revocation

It took a year before I heard it, when I went to the bank, just to know that they are no more operating,I was told that NPP government has dissolved them or cease them from operating.
