If you split the ministry of foreign Affairs staff into 3 and run 3 shifts you having done anything.
In fact if care is not taken, operational cost will increase. We should rather promote efficiency to save the state some monies

You want the workers to stay in the company or store for twenty four hours for nothing and get paid?The only thing that the government can do to boost the economy is to stop the unnecessary imports into the the country. There are many items that can be produced in the the country. But the Chinese in collaboration with some Ghanaians and Nigerians are bringing them into the country. This also has led the rising cost of the dollar. Mahama government should ban the unnecessary imports to make manufacturing of made in Ghana items worthy. Or he has to forget the twenty four hours policy.

Again we need more factories to be able to run 24 hoursband produce more made in Ghana gpods yo reduce imports. So forget 24 hours without adequate factories. It is not enough to say we will.provide cheaper electricity and tax incentives.Which bisinessman wont produce more if there is enough demand. Isaac think abput it.

We cannot even rely on electricity even when there is credit in our metres. One minute we are told that rising energy debts pose a serious danger to the economy & now we are offering electricity incentives to businesses.

You do not need to provide direct incentives to any company, business or individuals to engage in this business. Mr President, just provide the necessary infrastructure, services and the conditions for it and all will follow. We need reliable security as well as regular and reliable means of transport especially in the night. Another important factor is security in our neighbourhoods especially after 11 pm.
So please take time and let us work together to create the needed environment and conditions for the program to roll.

Then, the owner will decide that based on the high demand, let us go for second shift. If the demand is still greater than the supply, then we go for the third shift. That's the 24 hour operation.
It's stupid to think about 3rd shift when you don't have 1st shift.

Public services like payment buying points for electricity water phones etc
Filling stations in every area pharmacies .
The factories mostly based on demand and supply and even then storage safety and security.
Let's give it a try in specific areas .

I'm old and seen a lot of gjanaian politics but this idea seems to be the dumbest ever proposed to try and resolve our issues..we can even keep power on 24 hrs...I mean these guys really feel the bulk of is are just stupid.
