  IS this not the one they tried to appoint as the GIPC CEO, before she was swiftly transferred elsewhere?
  
  What sort of position is this, "Senior Executive in charge of Healthcare Investments at the Office of the President"? Must she be at Jubilee House at all costs? Why not send her to the Ministry of Health, where her training and skills can be put into real, tangible work?
