The previous Mahama admin also left a surcharge of 5 billion....tell the people why we haven't or can't collect these charges. That is a total of 12 billion so stop your theatrics.

This is a gov.reserve with GCB where my previous salary in arrears was kept in accumulation before being paid. And today too GES has repeated the same mistake, and believe the salary arrears in my name is waiting patiently for collection after clearing myself of any wrong doing.
