Lost of skilled labour in most labour institutions is a scam,minister. Now, let me suggest a "circular letter" approach to those living in the country and abroad who are ready to come with their application letter for immediate recruitment . These men have failed to live up to expectation since ex-president Kuffour era and must not be listened to. No wonder Prof.Davis , Director General of GES, could sit to allow an unskilled and sacked Koforidua Technical University lecturer to head as his deputy director general. Not understanding "STAFFING" as a director general of GES ,and labour institution. God have mercy for the country.
