  Hahaaaa, the only way to improve the lot of insurance industry is for them to stop operating money for nothing policy. They collect premiums heartily but refuse to pay claims. They frustrate claimants until the claimants gives up. And any reforms to the industry without a commitment by the insurance industry to pay claims and on time.will not yield any good outcome
