Massa, this is nothing new. It used to be operational until armed robbers brought it to a halt. Please fix the security situation 24/7. That's all.
If it used to be, but non operational now and NPA Boss says they're going to implement it, how's that your problem? Definitely improving security issues will come alone with 24/7 operations.

NPA is corrupt. Looting from UPPF fund, overstaffed, no interest is enforcing rule of law and always making excuses from corrupt OMC's and BDC's who never pay their tax.
