  I remember when the former president, Nana Addo hinted of a return to the international bond market, the same Atto Forson and his NDC sympathisers descended on him in the most vile way one can think of. Today, in his usual playing with words manner, he says they are " cautioously" returning to the bond market.
  I tell you, by next year, Ghanaians will realise the true impact of the grave mistake they have made in returning John Mahama to power.
