I searched the list several times but couldn't find folks such as Kennedy Agyapong, Ibrahim Mahama, McDan Korley, Richard Quaye, Wontumi, etc on it. Hope my eyesight isn't failing me.

That is FALSE......the opposite is true. Forbes and Bloomberg do their own research. They don't ask people about their wealth......else the list would be 10 times as long.
