  THE WEALTHY TAX-FREE GULF ARABS WILL BE HAVING A GOOD LAUGH AT GHANAIAN USELESS LEADERS.
  
  THE WEALTHY ARABS HAVE BEEN TAX-FREE SINCE THEY DISCOVERED CRUDE OIL AND NATURAL GAS IN THE 1950s AND THEY'VE BEEN RUNNING THEIR WEALTHY TAX-FREE ECONOMIES SUCCESSFULLY WITHOUT THE IMF/WORLD BANK AND MULTILATERAL LOANS LOANS SINCE THEIR CRUDE OIL FIND. WHY? BECAUSE THEY KNOW DEBTS AND LOANS BINGE DO NOT BUILD NATIONS THEY DESTROY NATIONS.
