Pls discuss witb them about their activities that discourages people from keeping their money at the bank. They keep deducting high fees as service fees, so if you have money at the bank by the time you realised in a year they have taken all the money. Some charge as his as GHS60 per month. Also why is that using cross ATM incurred charges if you use the same Visa Card? These financial institutions are ripping us off because we have nobody to speak for us as customers. Whoever is stalling the Consumer Protection Bill, God will punish you and your generations because you have made us the consumers toothless bull dogs. I have account in UK and they don't deduct any money as service fees and I can use my card on any ATM apart from the private Off Licence stores without making any additional payment. We need government to be on the side of citizens not just meeting them and drinking champagne on ice Chief of Staff.
