Good point about the insurance thing. Some will definitely go for fake licenses. Heavy vehicular. traffic brought about the okada business. This means the traffic issue will not be tackled anytime soon.

Okada and pragia should have nothing to do on our roads in the capital. Go and see places like India, Thailand, Nigeria, most French African countries and the cities are a mess with all these motorcycles and pragia LITTERING ...

A lot of these regulations are stupid, at a time that young adults are trying to find a job.

Okavango and Pragia must be banned in ACCRA
Age limit must be set at 28yrs or 30 yrs.
And they must be Insured.
