  Well said last respect...Africans always focusing on natural resources instead of focusing on human resources..it’s the humans in the country that will develop the country and not the natural resources ..Having natural resources is just a bonus for a country...it’s about time the African leaders shift their attention to developing their Human Resources..that’s why I continue to say that Ghana has leadership crisis..look at the rate at which Ghanaians are running away from the country to foreign countries..any sensible caring leader will question why the youth of the country are in so desperate needs to travel abroad and address their challenges..not a single govt has even questioned why the citizens are so desperate to leave the country..we don’t have leadership who care about their country, we have politicians who thinks they have to be in power because of their own agenda

  The late Gadaafi of Lybia, during his time, no lybian travelled outside the country to abroad to seek for greener pastures..As a sensible Leader, He will ask you why u want to leave the country, if it’s about money, he will give u money so your life will be smooth and easy..if it’s about accommodation, he will build a house for u..He was trying to make life so much easier for his people for them to know that’s it’s not worth it to risk their life’s to travel..but in Ghana, the Govt don’t even know the number of Ghanaians who are trying to leave the country..the youth keeps leaving the country out of desperation, how do u develop your country if all your energetic youths are being taking away because of brain drain..The current govt is not effective

  Fact! The government's dependency on foreign aids, corruption and financial mismanagements are the root cause of any nation's downfall. A country like Ghana which have not had civil wars for the longest time like some of its neighbors with abundants of minerals and natural resources yet millions still find it hard to obtain basic necessities on daily bases. What is not being done is our governments do not put people first, they are more focused on exports, imports,GDP growth, self interest, but not life improvements of their people. In the UAE, and the West that's not the case.
