  Let's be real, cocoa farming is a tough and labourous venture, with not much cash after sales worth celebrating. Compared to those at the top end of the business structure ( cocobod ( lucky bastards)) living a relatively good life at the expense of the farmers.
  A retention of a portion of farmers earnings after sales, paid in foreign currency will be a good incentive. I presume will motivate the farmers and probably attract the youth into the sector.

  That trend, though devastating, will continue owing to the callousness and wickedness and greediness and selfishness and foolishness of our governments through the years.
  Ghana will soon produce no more or very less output of cocoa if our farmers are continued to be used and cheated by our demonic governments and leaders.

  If the illegal miners detected gold in your land they will use forces to mine at your absence, when you refuse to sell the land to them. If you reported to the authorities you end up loosing. The police and the military are one with the miners so master it's good you sell it to than loosing everything.
