Is there any licence that grant anybody or firm to buy cocoa apart from cocoboard and why does the nation prohibit anyone fro dealing and exporting in cocoa.Masa keep quiet if you have nothing to say
The government supply seeds, fertilisers, extension officers to offer support to farmers and sprays the cocoa farms as a a form of subsidy so can be the only buyer. But can that be said of gold.
