  IMF quick and fruitful loan response will be the solution to overexploration and wastage of such an economic resource and many . I suggest a resource circulation plan ,a model that promotes faster and preserves the yet to mine natural resources .Not forgetting the cost price being lowered as supply far exceeds demand. Overhaulage creats more wastage in the economy,and therefore can not be overlooked.Africa be guided.
