Let me give you an advise on the way forward. Clear all credit meters with security support in the Region.Go round pluck out these meters and fix cash meters.When fixing the cash meter they can identify illegal connections. You cannot RESET Ghana with words like URGE.

  The problem is, electricity is not affordable to the ordinary Ghanaian. Imagine being paid GHS 300 a month and you are spending GHS 200 a month on electricity , meanwhile Article one holders getting higher salary gets all utilities free of charge paid by the tax payer , do you think I won't steal power to survive? It is silly that those getting everything free from the consolidated funds are the ones stealing from government coffers. They get everything free and use our hard earned taxes for their benefits. All those involved in the lost containers , go and check, you will realised they actually not paying light or water bills.
