  Mr Thompson can never ever be sidelined with because he owns a job to recruit and as many students and working class now will accept it as a true fact that it is hollow statement to get them paid cheaply. Unlike yesteryears our men and women worked without the knowledge of computer because there was no or little of such knowledge needed,but today many students are into the learning of computers,well embracing and adapting to the changing world more faster and encouraging than thought. It is very evidencial today that even momo sellers and atm operators who are largely semiliterates are ontop of their businesses and use of such a complex but simple to use system of techology.All by the sat down and a well thought plan of the countrys educational system. Ghana is well on the cause in it's educational reforms which demand a little and a continuous revisitation ,because education is dynamic ,and so must its learners but not to halt as it keeps changing. Professionalism and the entrepreneural attitudes are best.
