KUFOUR ALREADY ESTABLISHED A VENTURE CAPITAL TRUST FUND IN 2004 (The Venture Capital Trust Fund (VCTF) in Ghana was established in **2004** under the **Venture Capital Trust Fund Act, 2004 (Act 680).
THIS HAS BEEN WORKING WELL FOR THE PAST 21 YEARS. HE SHOULD COME AND EXPLAIN TO ME WHY HE WANTS TO ESTABLISH THE SAME THING AGAIN . I JUST DON'T GET THESE POLITICIANS.

Concentrate on establishing companies to pave the way for industrialisation and stop this wastage. We need to build factories to accelerate economic development.
