If collapsing those banks were on the orders of the IMF or world bank, then there's nothing JM can do but just give promises during his campaign.
NPP ghanaweb, this is the fourth year of Mahama's tenure and you are reminding him of the failed promise. Good we will take note when we go to vote next month.
