Ghanaians must be educated to know that go for basic check ups that address their blood pressure , glucose levels, cholesterol, prostrate , GYN issues , cancer assessment by physical examinations like breast, cervical , colon and prostrate evaluation, regular eye exam to check for glaucoma and cataracts, simple bloodwork to evaluate kidney health, anemia, cholesterol, liver health, basic EKG to evaluate heart health, childhood and adult immunization to prevent diseases , education on diseases that have life style implications etc . Our healthcare must focus on these areas if there should be a positive impact on our health care
