President Mahama, am pleading with you, the next criminal foreign company that should be kicked out of Ghana is Ghana Rubber Estate( GREL) in the western region..GREL is the most wicked and criminal foreign company ever to exist in Ghana..please am pleading with u..if the govt can do something to help the good people of Tarkwa-Nsuaem..currently as am talking, GREL has taking all lands belonging to the indigenous people in the Nsuaem area..The upcoming youth cannot even gets piece of land to build houses..The rubber plantations has been pulled down but because of some stupid corrupt chiefs, they are now allowing GREL to plant the rubber plantations again which will take another 70-80years..their land lease has expired yet these foreign criminal company has paid bribe to some stupid corrupt chiefs and they are planting on the lands that should have been used to cram by the locals..our people feels helpless because GREL is using corrupt means to bribe some of the useless chiefs in the area for them to allow this criminal company to grow the rubber plantations again even tough their lease is expired after 70years..imagine what will happen to the growing population in Nsuaem and it’s environment..GREL needs to stop it’s stupid bullying..

They must all set up refineries and process their portions of Gold in Ghana.Also, president Mahama should increase the percentage of Gold for the country to at least 40% of every Gold mined.That is how we can also increase tariffs like Trump and China.

Understanding who made foreigners involvement in Small Scale Mining Sector

Some of the foreigners or the foreign Companies who were in the Small Scale Mining Sector before 30 April 2025, mining, buying and exporting gold were motivated or brought about by the first Regime of President Mahama.

In 2012 the Regime of JDM enacted the Minerals and Mining Regulations Support Services 2012(LI 2174) to allow Foreigners to provide support services to Small Small Scale Mining Sector. So the foreigners ended by forming joint partnership with Ghanaian owners of the Concession or Mining Rights

So in 2013 the Regime of President Mahama regularized this arrangement by the Ghana Investment Promotion Center Act 2013(Act 845) to allow foreigners to form joint business partnership with Ghanaian contributing part of the equity

In 2015, the Regime of President Mahama under the Minerals and Mining Amendment Act 2015(Act 900) allowed this joint business partnership to become Gold buyers and exporters or Licensed Gold Exporters.

So what should to be done is the cancellation of all licenses and ask Ghanaians to re-apply. The value may be the same if care is not taken since Ghanaian may front for foreigners
