Why is the Ghanaweb giving a rate so different from that of the BoG. This must be investigated. At what rate should we trade now?

It should stabilise below 10cedis to a dollar. The fast depreciation of the cedi in 2022 was a disaster. Though the economy will see some shock, the long term benefits will be good.
