  How can a company that is technically bankrupt pay dividend. According to their financials tier current assets are less than their current liabilities. That is one of the measures of bankruptcy. The board should be dissolved, all land cruisers and huge pay packages should be re negotiated instead there is no doubt politicians are still bleeding them.
