  As a professional teacher and student of the law, I have come to understand that, as a teacher or every profession that you are specialised to, should know the content of the subject matter, so that when given opportunity, you should be able to find your way around and that's exactly what I said in my main comment.

  Ghanaian politics is becoming frustrating, because we are in an era of it, where people who are of the required expertise are deny of positions just to please top members of the party to the detriment of the low profile of the same party.
  Please be cautioned that, I am not saying that,the current DG to the port lacks what it takes to do the job but I cast my mind back at the time the president appointed someone only for the person to be changed in the following morning because of others interest.
