  @Oprege, I can't think far. I wonder why they are always addressing themselves with this Dr. title but their reasoning is below that of a "truck pusher". How can a five month old government increase the gold stock of the country from 8,5 metric tons to 30 metric tons. Gold is not tomatoes where the government can just go to the market to buy for storage thus attributing the increase in the gold stock to the current government.
