prices of goods and services are still the same in Ghana
Ghana does not practice price control. Business must simply respond to the positive change. Alternatively, consumers will have to choose where they shop from. Buy less and the prices will begin to go down.

Private sector Manufacturers and Exporters, are under threat from this strong Cedi, and will lose their overseas markets as well as local market to "cheaper" imports. Ghana will lose investment and jobs.
