  Those talking about exports should be ashamed of them selves, when the cedi was weak what benefit did it brought to Ghanaians or the economy did the petrol prices reduce or lorry fares? Pls our export base is weak so we should allow the cedi to appreciate we need a strong currency to boost our purchasing power to create jobs

  You must have a low appreciation of export trade and the economy. Appreciation of the cedi makes imports cheap. Exports become a disincentive. Soon, the trade deficit will widen
