From 20 Pesewas to GHC 1.00 per liter is too high. I think 50 Pesewas per liter is okay. If you purchase 2 gallons of fuel i.e 9 liters you are levied GHC 9.00.

The increment is too huge. From 20p to 1 cedi for petrol and diesel, and from 18p to 1 cedi for gas.
