My brother, this is what we call smart tax. The cedi is gaining value, fuel prices are coming down, inflation is coming down too massively so the introduction of 1 Cedi levy wont be noticed by consumers. It will has no effect because prices of goods and services are coming. If you are a finance minister or responsible government you should time the introduction of your taxes well so that it doesnt have much impact on the ordinary people.
