  I hate politicisation of everything good. Educate yourself. The Ghana cedi grew stronger and valued higher than all major currencies, not just the United States dollar. The pound Sterling, Euro and all currencies fell under the Cedi. Grow up to allow Ghana to get back on its feet. I am a typical NPP but I will never be a diehard fun to any political clown. Mahama's first term was full of evil and mistakes, such as giving state resource to his brother. The party was looting the state left and right. But the NDC's second coming has been a blessing, as they have learnt from past mistakes. LET'S MOVE GHANA FORWARD!!!

  Therefore no sitting President can give an order without scrutiny by Parluanent that is why you have Public Accounts committee in Parliament whose business is to scrutinise every operation by all Goverment Depts and Ministries for your information the have the powers of High Court when they sit so stop polluting the air with this blue kiosk statements and research before you come to say something.
  Am repeating there is separation of powers and the country is though with Executive President his immunity is removed and you can take him to court after 3years.
  This was a contract signed between an entity abd Min of Finance get the contract document read then you can raise ymthe bar aside check from Parliament Public accounts committee and get back.
