He couldn't find a relief to the dire state of Ghana's energy sector. More than USD 2 billion in government debt piled up instead and a constant misappropriation of ESLA funds during NPP's years in government.
As a Ghanaian he should be grateful something is being done finally about a situation he couldn't resolve instead of cheaply trying to make some points for the opposition.
