One cedis D-Levy for a litre of fuel is too much. I doubt if there was stakeholders consultation. It means if one buys a gallon of fuel (imperial system is about 4.5 litres) you pay D-Levy of 4.5 cedis.
How much will a driver pay for 1 gallon of fuel when the price was Ghc 17? Simple question
