Now this man wants to be worshipped by ripping off his own country. They used an American Trading firm/Investment Banker which I believe was Goldman Sachs to manipulate gold prices in the early 90s during Bill Clinton's Presidency such that Ghana was losing money from the gold trading agreements it already signed with the buyers.
