    If Ghanaians are not feeling the impact of this economic gain then it is fake. Stop deceiving us, we are not fools. Prices of goods and services are still too high on the market.

    Ike, Ghana runs a free market economy. If one sells an item at a certain rice and you cannot afford, you try elsewhere.
