Also bring back the cooperative food stores for farmers to sell their stuff with weight to stop the middle men buying a bunch of plantian for 4gh in the village and sell 1 piece for 5gh in Accra.   Connect pipelines from the Volta river to the Accra plains and same from the Black Volta and the White Volta across the breath of the country to pump untreated water for irrigation. Build large dormitories in state owned farms and send National service personnel to such farms to cultivate crops instead of the suggested military training which will not bring any benefit

  Please let' us not repeat the mistakes of the paste. Take serious note that timely releases of public l funding should follow the farm expenditure cycle for the different crops not the cashflow reliant tot-tot government budget quarterly rdisbursement cycle. Meaning as far as effective cashflow is concerned, it will be disasterous if funding required for first weeding in July, disbursed in September. That is why funding flow should strictly the production cycle not the public expenditure cycle.
