  It's sad but the way land matters are creating problems in Ghana I think I know for certain ownership comes through Family,chiefs,individuals but for years now if we had taken pain to digitalised land system as is now in Rwanda Land guards double sales won't happen.
  In RWANDA you just log on here everyplace has been digitalised www.irembo.gov.rw/ you go through the process's and no third party thre system generate aa pin and payment is made through the. irembo.gov.rw/ portal interestingly foreigners do not owe land.
  So therefore if I can't make a claim to your land because every piece has been given a unique code that can't be duplicated!!!!!

  A businessman losing that much money and not stating if he went after the seller when he discovered he had been duped? Cloning the title? If so, what steps did he take to get the Lands Ministry to investigate the so-called scammer? I believe the guy is leaving out too many parts to his story. If you're going to spend that much money buying land or any other piece of property, why not ensure that you get your picture taken with seller so that you can later on easily identify the scammer/seller to the Police? He surely isn't helping the public when his story appears to have too many unanswered questions.
