In UAE, it's only in Dubai that it's done in selected areas. And Mahama is mentioning almost all areas of the economy. How is that possible? This is pure 419. It's only NDC ANIMALS who don't have human brains to reason well that will believe this. It's dead on arrival.

Twenty four hours will bring about itself if it's necessary if y have no more money to spend you just spreading it over a longer time which business have to pay employees for. Government should concentrate on having the right environment like favourable taxation to encourage businesses so that they can chi to open or operate for longer hours. You look after the education, health, water and electricity that's enough for government to be getting on with .

failed from start. every region should be involved in either agric, cattle/fish/meat cultivation or manufacturing and then you sell the items back to the country or others all over the continent. but will your debtors, imf n world bank allow you to do this? you have 16 regions now...some regions can grow crops, meat, cattle, fish etc diversify based on regional advantages

It will take some third force to implement Kwame Nkrumah's dream of industrialization but certainly not NDC or NPP. The late General Kutu Acheampong got most of Kwame Nkrumah's factories running. Rawlings came in, killed him and sold many of them where his greedy and selfish wife got hold of some. As at the time Acheampong was being shot Ghana had 53 percent of our natural resources. When Rawlings took over, it dropped to 10 shocking percent. It reduced later to five. He definitely didn't do that for free!!

After building the Dansoman, Nungua and Kwadaso estates he never took one single flat for himself and family. His bank accounts held only his monthly salary. Those who killed him are today multi millionaires.
