  Closed season are based on breeding seasons which is mostly when the waters and weather turn cold from the rain. From May to August, is breeding season. The sea must be closed so the fishes can multiply. Catching a pregnant f ...

  Closed season are based on breeding seasons which is mostly when the waters and weather turn cold from the rain. From May to August, is breeding season. The sea must be closed so the fishes can multiply. Catching a pregnant fish means a loss off hundreds of fingerings. Please
