  Sam George and the current NDC government says NGIC should build at least 50 by the end of the year or be SANCTIONED.
  
  Meanwhile NGIC only built 16 out of a target of 350
  under the NPP government.
  
  So why blame this government for telling NGIC to build at least 50 by year-end or face sanctions?

  It's as if this current government has revised the figures from 4400 to 50 which is NOT THE CASE.
  
  Why didn't you blame Ursula Owusu for the mess of granting monopoly to NGIC which is responsible for the current mess that Sam George is trying to fix?
