To open your mouth this wide in public means you are either ignorant or corrupt, which does not help Ghana in anyway

1. All over the banking world LIQUIDITY ASSISTANCE (LA) is given by the REGULATOR (THE CENTRAL BANK) to the regulated institution (the bank) . LA is not a secret in the banking sector that Ato Essien discovered. It is like students loan that is available to every student who can show an admission letter, students ID and student number. Students loan is not a secret to be discovered by someone. Every student knows about students' loans. Every bank knows about LA. they just or all the time.

2. The only person that can request for LA from the Centrall Bank and negotiate with the Central Bank on LA is the the BOARDCHAIRMAN. Not the CEO, not the CFO, not top management. The only one person in the requsting bank that the central bank deals with and negotiates with is the BOARD CHAIRMAN. so how does Ato Essien now charge founders fee on tax payers money that had been given to his struggling bank for support? How else do you justify this if Ato is not a criminal?

3. This is like the VC of university of Ghana charging finders fees when students get their students loan or when government pays subventions to the universities. Isn't he a thief... shouldn't be be short for defrauding students and the government?

4. What's is worse is that Ato Essien claims he is not part of management of the Capital Bank, but charges finders fees on regulatory support that is readily available to all banks?

Doctor Apea, you must be IGNORANT or you must be CORRUPT, whichever way does not help Ghana. Shut up!!!!!
