  This is Africa's problem, always borrowing then asking for debt forgiveness. If you borrow you pay. Politicians should stop stealing and rather work hard

  Even if all our debts were cancelled our useless & lazy minded politicians would return to over borrowing. How can any country blessed with fertile agricultural lands & every mineral resource you can think of even have a need to borrow? Enough of IMF & World Bank Loans our lazy minded & greedy politicians must learn to draw up balanced budgets where our revenues do not exceed expenditures. Therefore, lessening the need to borrow.
