    If we compare the eLevy to the dLevy, the eLevy was 1.5 cedi on 100 GHS, but dLevy is 8.6 cedi on every 100GHS.

    If we really have to do the maths, let's compare the prices for the fuels under the E-levy and under the D-levy. Even without the 1.5 extra E-levy charge, we all know under which of the levies fuel prices are more expensive
