    Really! it's the traders who collect hard dollars from the banks in the name of buying goods from Dubai and turn round and sell it to the black marketers (abotsi) to make profit

    are forex bureaus no longer operating in ghana,why cant they change there for a slightly higher rate and leave the banks alone,I was in china and wanted a palty $100 from my bank and was denied,I had to go to the black market ...

    Go to tbe FOREX BUREAUS. THEN.WHEN YOU THE IMPORTER BUYS FROM THE BANKS, YOU WILL END- UP CHANGING IT AGAIN AT THE BLACK MARKET. GO TO THE FOREX BUREAU WILL GET IT AT AROUND GHs12--13. simple.

    The banks are the ones selling the dollar to abochi through backdoor. If they sell to abochi at 11+ per dollar, how much should abochi sell to get back their money and interest? Your guess will be right.
