  Is the fake currency eluding checks and passing as genuine notes? If no, how's that able to cause inflation? Unless the governor is saying, the counterfeit note is so good that, it's been circulated undetected thus being used ...

  Is the fake currency eluding checks and passing as genuine notes? If no, how's that able to cause inflation? Unless the governor is saying, the counterfeit note is so good that, it's been circulated undetected thus being used as legal tender. This is not clear enough!
