  Remember ,before independence , the were few if not none Ghanaians working as administration official .The British people knew they're working in a colonial nation so they careless about accountability because we couldn't audit them. So all their evil deeds in the administration sector was all corruption.
  When Nkrumah came he knew who they Are, when they were leaving they left with every ducumen or destroyed it
  The new administration of Ghanaians learned every corrupt practices within and here we are can't quench the thirst of what they left behind.
  And also we still travelled to their yard for education, what good do you expect from this graduate ? same !
  Nkrumah knew our biggest problem is, "culture mindset which he was going to deal with drastically, but time was his enemy !
