IF THE DEALER BOUGHT THE CAR GENIUNELY FROM THE US, THEIR NAMES SHOULD BE ON THAT TITLE. YOU MUST ALSO VERIFY IF THE TITLE THEY SHOW YOU IS NOT FAKE. YOU CAN CALL THE DRIVERS MOTOR VEHICLE DEPARTMENT AT THE STATE THAT ISSUED THE TITLE TO VERIFY IF THE TITLE IS GENIUNE AND IF INDEED, THE LAST OWNER OF THE CAR IS THE DEALER SELLING THE CAR IN GHANA OR THEIR REGISTERED AGENT. IF YOU DONT DO THESE DUE DILIGENT, YOU ARE 99% LIKELY TO BUY A STOLEN LUXURY VEHICLE. I KNOW AKUFFO ADDO AND SEVERAL OF HIS USELESS APPOINTEES HAVE STOLEN VEHICLES PARKED IN THEIR HOUSES.
