  The government is playing a psychological game with farmers so that the producer price of cocoa will not be increased. Let the government be reminded that the consequences of refusing to increase the producer price of cocoa will be a disaster for the economy. Farmers are watching.

  The entire previous heads of management cocobod should be held accountable and held responsible. They are the root cause of this whole mess and ruined a big opportunity for the farmers and ghana itself.. by using the money to fill their own pockets instead using it for the farmers and thus the growth of cocoa. This is not just mismanagement it is corruption and steeling money instead of investing it. Hope the new cocobod will use this opportunity to indeed help the farmers by helping them get better. And I am not talking about increasing farm gate price, that is another delicate subject.. farmers do need to know that they do need help because most farmers wouldn't know what to do and how to do it, so a cocobod is needed and crucial and yes that costs money too, this is why the farm gate price is a delicate subject.
